Details:

Get a sneak peak at the terrain, and get comfortable with the mapper’s style on Friday afternoon and/or evening.  This part of the terrain is especially relevant for the long distance, but is also applicable for the middle.  There is a roughly 500m walk on a distinct trail to the model map area.  We will have model maps available on site, and you can also fill in your event waiver, pick up your rental SI, etc. at this time.

Schedule:

• 4:00pm – Event Check In Opens, Model Maps Available
• 7:00pm – Event Check in Closes, Model Map Closes – please be back by this time (it gets dark early in the mountains).

Park in the Tantrum Parking Lot (very small, on a little road that parallels the highway).
